AC Solutions is a Vancouver based contractor providing cleaning, construction and workforce services to homeowners, property managers and builders across the Lower Mainland.
The company was established on a straightforward principle: arrive when we say we will, complete the work to a standard we are prepared to put our name to, and leave every property in better condition than we found it. That principle has not changed as the business has grown.
We began with the exterior maintenance of private homes. As our clients came to rely on us, they asked for more, and the business expanded into post construction cleaning, site protection and the supply of skilled personnel to projects requiring additional capacity. Each of these services is delivered to the same standard, whether the work concerns a family home in Burnaby or a handover deadline on a downtown development.
Every engagement begins with a consultation at no cost, and every price is confirmed in writing before work commences.
House Detailing
Comprehensive exterior and interior care for private homes.
Roofs, gutters, windows, siding and hard surfaces, completed by a single crew in one visit rather than across several appointments with separate trades. Interior deep cleaning and post renovation work are available on the same booking.

Commercial & Post Construction
Handover ready, on the date you committed to.
Rough cleans between trades, final detailing ahead of the walkthrough, and protective measures installed before any damage can occur. Work is programmed around your trades, which ordinarily means evenings, weekends or the intervals between phases.

Labour Supply
Additional personnel, charged by the hour.
General labourers for site cleaning and material handling, skilled labourers capable of working unsupervised on a defined task, and carpenters for framing and finishing. All personnel arrive with their own protective equipment and are experienced in site conduct.

Attend before we quote.
Every price we give follows a visit to the property. Storeys, access, materials and condition cannot be judged from a photograph, and a figure produced without seeing the work is an estimate that gets revised later. Ours does not.
Do the work properly, once.
The right method for the surface, every time. Full pressure where it belongs and a gentle soft wash where it does not. Shortcuts show up within a season, and the cost of doing it twice always falls on somebody.
Protect it before we touch it.
Protection goes down before any other work begins. Board and film on finished floors, containment around the working zone. The least expensive damage is the damage that never happens in the first place.
Our process
The same five stages apply to every engagement, whether the work concerns a private residence or a commercial handover. Only the documentation differs.
Initial enquiry
Contact us by phone, message or through the form. A general description of the work is enough. Identifying the right services is our responsibility, not yours.
Complimentary consultation
We attend the property and assess it in person. Storeys, access, materials and the condition of each surface. Photographs and estimates made at a distance cannot price a property accurately.
Written proposal
A fixed price for the full scope of work, provided in writing. No hourly rates, no ranges and no expectation that you decide immediately. Take the time you need to consider it.
Scheduling
We agree a date that suits your availability. You receive a confirmed arrival window and a notification when the crew is en route.
Completion and payment
We review the completed work with you in person, or provide photographic confirmation if you are unavailable. Payment is due only once the work has been inspected and approved.
Commercial and site work follows a distinct sequence, structured around your trades and your handover date. View the commercial process.

Cost depends entirely on the property, which is why we attend in person before providing a price. The consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation.
Both, according to the nature of the work. Cleaning and detailing are quoted at a fixed price for a defined scope, so the figure is known before work begins. Labour supply is charged hourly, as you are engaging time rather than a completed result. Work that cannot be defined in advance is quoted on a time and materials basis with a maximum figure agreed beforehand.
Yes. General labourers, skilled labourers and carpenters are available on a published hourly rate card, subject to a minimum booking. Advise us of the skill level and the dates required and we will confirm availability.
Not for the majority of exterior work. We require access to the exterior and to a water supply. Where interior work is booked we will arrange a time that suits your schedule. In either case, photographic confirmation is provided on completion.
Light rain does not interrupt our work, and it has no bearing on the final result. Should conditions become genuinely unsafe, we will contact you and reschedule at no charge.
Payment falls due once the work is complete and has been approved by you. No deposit is required on residential work. We accept electronic transfer, credit card and cheque. Commercial work is invoiced according to your agreed terms.
